«online-Manager» is a new value-added service from Otesat-Maritel designed to supports user to manage and retrieve information about their FleetBroadband service online, simply and securely.
«online-Manager» provides the users the ability to activate, deactivate and make changes on the SIM card and the FleetBroadband services, either online, or by requesting it with the appropriate form. Also, «online-Manager» users can access information on SIM card (such as ICCID, IMSI, status, etc.) and suspend/resume the SIM card. They can control the cost by using the service «Usage monitoring and control» (e-mail Alert and Auto-Suspend), review the SIM card traffic and export traffic reports in excel files, export SIM card transaction reports in excel files and many more. The users also have the ability to select among Otesat-Maritel’s packages starting from 25MB and 12, 24 and 36 month pay-off plans.
«online-Manager» operates in a friendly environment enabling users to manage their SIM cards and services.
Secure access to the service via SSL and encryption
Otesat-Maritel considers privacy and security a matter of top priority and provides data confidentiality and protection against alteration via
the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) communication protocol, the global standard for secure online transactions. Besides the encryption function the SSL
protocol also ensures authenticity of communication between user’s PC and our Web Server at all times and makes sensitive information theft almost
impossible.
Multi-access levels
There are available three levels of user access depending on the Company’s needs:
- First level - View only. Users have the ability to view information only
- Second level - Mid access. Users have the ability to view information and to request via e-forms the activation/change/deactivation of SIM cards and services
- Third level - Full access. Users have full online access to all the provided services.
